"It all started," says Ivan, "with my wife's idea… let's create a restaurant that is inexpensive, casual, modern and serious fun… it'll be an Enigma!" and with that idea the family owned business of Enigma was born.

Owners Ivan and Lynette Buchman are old hands at the food trade – after previously owning a very successful bakery in South Africa – they know good food! "We offer the best calamari in the city alongside stew to die for," says Ivan.
